Ack, it's my birthday. Since the planned festivities (ie, my friends dragging me out and getting me drunk) aren't until Friday, I'd kind of forgotten that my birthday is actually today. At least it's my day off. Whoo.

Also: There is really no excuse for this, but I'm going to primarily blame caesia390, whose icons are strangely inspiring to me.

I don't really get the birthday thing myself (as witness the fact that I nearly forgot mine). I feel like celebrations should mark some accomplishment... all I did was get born. If anything, the presents and well-wishes should go to my mother -- at least she actually did something! ;P
