Oh my god, you guys. I have been SO SICK. I got mildly ill when I went on vacation, then crashed in a flu-like area when I got home and stayed there for several days. When Thanksgiving rolled around I thought I was better enough to go hang out with my family, but I was not correct. I've been oscillating between "I feel much better!" and "oh wait no I don't!" for the past week. I've kept minimally abreast of online responsibilities (at the expense of everything else, I have to say), but I hope a return to normalcy is forthcoming.

Anyway! I have to point you to the master list of entries for the pornish_pixies Poetry Challenge. I am so happy with all the participation, I could plotz. When I set that challenge I wasn't sure anyone would care for it, and I was thrilled to be so wrong.

Also, who's excited about merry_smutmas posting starting tomorrow? *waves hand frantically in the air* I'm not a big fan of the holidays in general, but having so much goodfic and goodart to look forward to makes them worthwhile. As you can see, I have made a concession to well-mannered frivolity and adorned my icon with a festive hat. (Actually, aithopa hatted it last Christmas, and I kept it in a box with the colored lights and shiny balls.)
