Yeah, if I start to get burnt out on a particular run I'll switch it up and focus on something else for a while.

I should try soloing in MV again now that my shaman is better geared. Not being able to pick up the tank gem on the second boss has made it unrealistic to get to Elegon in the past, but there might come a point where I can just burst that down and go further.
