Pride Day would be a lot better if it meant we all got a day off work.

But it is improved, this year, by very nearly coinciding with PotC fandom's one-year anniversary. Congrats, you swishswashbuckling fiends. Let no one say that you are a flash in the pan.

We've created a monster! pervy_werewolf has just announced the Lupin's Cardigan mini-challenge. But it isn't just limited to the cardigan, oh no -- "the baggy butt trousers, the drab robes, the shoes, etc." are also included.

This madness has culminated in the inevitable: cardigangsters.

As I was saying to aubrem the other day, this is very unlike me -- I'm normally a book-canon stickler. I have no excuse. I shall henceforth hang my head in movie-fanon shame while writing movie-Lupin with evil glee.

Somewhere, someone noted that Total Eclipse and PoA have the same rating (don't remember in which country), meaning that a werewolf is as scary as David Thewlis's cock (and vice versa).

It's an episodic story where Thewlis plays a sort of anti-hero living on the edge of desperation, and we follow him as he crosses paths with various sorts of people on a day and night in London. It's quite adult, and often disturbing, but I liked it very much.
