two unrelated questions

1) For those of you who have "you guys" for the plural of "you" in your spoken dialect, how do you form the possessive?

-you guys' (same pronunciation as singular)
-you guys's
-your guys's
-(something else?)

I just heard the cashier at the store say "your guys's", which is a formation I enjoy. Language change by analogy is so funny-strange. I probably say "you guys's" most of the time, but "your guys's" also seems natural to me.

2) What helps one stop waking up during the night? This is a new thing for me, and I assume it's stress related since nothing else in my life has changed. I fall asleep fine but wake up several times.

1 - I do say you guys, but for the posessive I think I just say your.
2 - Yoga... if I'm being too lazy I have a hard time staying asleep.

2. That's actually not a bad idea. Due to a strange confluence of events I had to take a yoga class years ago, and it did make me feel very flexy and relaxed. I don't remember any of it but the interwebs could probably jog my memory.

I do Bikram yoga (well....when I go... I haven't much recently.) It's really hard and you get all hot and sweaty but I always feel great afterwards and I fall asleep like instantly.
There's a Bikram yoga studio in Berkeley that my brother goes to, but I think it's pretty expensive (and I SO would not recommend paying to go to a Bikram yoga studio unless you knew you liked it first anyway!) I'm sure you could find something online. Or like a video or something.
