two unrelated questions

1) For those of you who have "you guys" for the plural of "you" in your spoken dialect, how do you form the possessive?

-you guys' (same pronunciation as singular)
-you guys's
-your guys's
-(something else?)

I just heard the cashier at the store say "your guys's", which is a formation I enjoy. Language change by analogy is so funny-strange. I probably say "you guys's" most of the time, but "your guys's" also seems natural to me.

2) What helps one stop waking up during the night? This is a new thing for me, and I assume it's stress related since nothing else in my life has changed. I fall asleep fine but wake up several times.

:D :D :D I knew that was going to happen!

Actually, the breakdown you listed below my bahleetion was quite useful. I suppose originally my hackles were raised because I've caught flack from other people (not you) about things like probiotics, i.e. lumping it all in the same category.

The only reason I hate chamomile tea is that I don't like the taste. And it looks like pee. :|

Funnily enough I'm drinking a probiotic smoothie even as we speak.

I agree it's silly to lump everything that's Not Western Medicine into one category. People appear to do this regardless of whether they favor or disfavor it, which is a bit alarming because it means a lot of people are using medicines when they don't understand what they are or how they work.
