Your icon reminds me of another mysterious absentee: where's the medical kink, man? Some of the h/c requests specified illness rather than injury, but no exam rooms? No checkups? No shiny speculums?

Especially after reading all those requests, it is evident to me that the men of HP are to be pitied for many reasons.
