Seriously, though, a queen is like that guy on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, a boy (even if he's 60) who gets men to do for him like a Southern belle, drops handkerchiefs and sends them running and thinks he's in charge of the world. Queens are dramatic in a different way from Moody. It's an attitude, not a top/bottom thing. Mulciber is a queen but I wouldn't call him submissive. He doesn't need his favourite spell; he knows where all of Alastor's buttons and strings are (which is all the more remarkable since he can barely manage his own buttons and laces).
They don't have to dress up in drag either. Dylan would hate having to wear women's clothes.
