Awkward sex recs

The other day chresimos asked for fics with good awkward sex scenes, since that's a favorite thing of mine. A few immediately came to mind...

The Hang of It (NC-17, Harry/Ron) by resonant8 is a great example of how a first-time sex scene can be realistically awkward, and still hot. There's also a companion piece from Ron's POV, Hanging (NC-17).

Resonant's sex scenes in general are usually pretty realistic -- I also like Down, You Lie Down Too (NC-17, Snape/Harry) a lot for that -- so check her out.

Contrition (NC-17, Harry/Ron) by weatherby is way up there among my top favorite stories. It's dark, but not non-con, and certainly fulfills the awkward sex requirement.

But unfortunately, my poor brain can't remember the names of most of the fics I read, nor where I read them, and when all you can remember about a fic is that it's the one where Remus and Sirius have awkward sex in Grimmauld Place, it's gonna be tough to find.

So, help! Rec us your favorite awkward sex scenes. No grand passion, no purple prose -- just real people having real ouch-you're-on-my-hair sex.

Feel free to mention non-HP fics that fit the bill, especially if it's a fandom chresimos or I might know.

My favorite awkward sex fic is Diana Williams' The First Time's the Worst. Snape and Harry go through, in order, a bloody nose, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation :D

"Shattered" by Nym. NC-17. Voldemort is killed and Snape saves Harry's life but they both end up cursed (if forced sex can be called a curse). Lots of awkward, realistic SS/HP sex in this long, multi-chaptered fic.

I believe that Nym has pulled this story offline to edit it. Does anyone know for certain?

I felt like re-reading it too. I think Nym must have pulled it sometime in November because I remember reading it back in October. I located her web site last night and she said that once she re-edits the story that she'll put it back online.
