Well, merry_smutmas authors were revealed; I wrote Harry/Voldemort chanslash for passo. Only lunulet correctly guessed that I wrote it, which isn't too surprising... it's pretty well outside my usual subject matter.

Below Stairs (NC-17, Harry/Voldemort). Warnings/enticements include voyeurism, wanking, and chan. Harry is 10. Er. (Link goes to pornish_pixies, so that I'll get the comment notices instead of poor gmth.)

Smutmas-relatedly, I already enthusiastically recced Exorcism (NC-17), the Harry/Ron fic written for lunulet. Now I can tell you it was written by none other than cluegirl.

I'd also like to recommend Night Emperors (NC-17, Sirius/Remus/Snape) by imochan for arachnethe2. I clicked because someone guessed that I'd written it, and I didn't realize how much of a compliment that was. I said: "This is so thick with fog and poetry and madness, deep and rich and exhausting. What wonderful work."

I said: "I notice that people often comment to your fic asking "how do you do it?", and that's what usually comes to my mind as well. So wonderful. Harry throwing himself up against the wall again and again, needing to be an animal and to be hurt... It does remind one of Fight Club, not just superficially but also in the peculiarly male desperation evoked."

My first rec of the new year (as the Smutmas fics were posted in December). I wouldn't be surprised if, looking back on 2005, I remember this fic as one of the highlights.

If I had my way, everybody in HP fandom would know alibi_factory's name.

I guess it's very much like your Christmas decorations. Traditionally, we take ours down on Twelfth Night, so icons probably ought to be the same. I guess I'm a little late, because my tinsel mouse only got bumped from default icon this morning. ;-)

I ponderede that, but I made the icon in like five minutes, so. And, you know, there's no need to be in competition with other Trios. Trios for all! (Unless, of course, it's Trip/Archer/T'Pol, in which case, *SHUNS*)
