He is great. 2nd and 3rd season get reeeeeeally angsty and melodramatic where he is involved, and that's a shame, but it's not really his fault and he does a great job with it. He was utterly perfect 1st season, though. And really pretty too.
My favorite characters are David and Brenda. I like Ruth a lot too. Who am I kidding - I love them all. I hated Claire at first, but she outgrows all that irritated me about her very quickly.
