And now this. I'm getting it tomorrow. Some east coast types have it already. But reports from the field indicate that our server is breaking under the strain of so many people trying to log in at once, so I think I am going to watch a movie and go to bed.

eta: I just noticed that in that animation, the Lich King is breathing. Isn't he, uh, dead?

Let's compare coming distractions. You have WoW; I have Leonard Cohen tonight, and the Tenth Doctor and the Kings and Queens of Narnia coming to stay at the weekend. Heaven only knows what that lot will do to my wordcount.

My designated writing time is my lunch break at work, so I'm just going to have to write FAST. We have no computers at work, so there are no distractions. (I have to type up what I wrote at home.)

I envy you the ability to write at work. There's not really anywhere sufficiently quiet I can escape to, and a large and noisy open plan office isn't really conducive to writing.

So I'm doing it all at home, on the laptop. Except, of course, on the days that I'm not home. I've been carrying a notebook around with me hopefully in between times, but not much is getting jotted down in it.
