It has been the worst summer! Cold and rainy until very recently. Usually the muggy weather is later in the summer, so we really haven't had any hot, dry days yet. This kind of weather is great beach weather, but not so good for hiking or strenous outdoor activities. We lived in LA for three years, and loved that we could hike so much without bugs or humidity.
