I was having a nightmare that I was tricked by someone I trusted and held captive against my will by a totalitarian government that was trying to brainwash me.

It was too scary.

So I safeworded.

One of the very few dreams I can remember from when I was a little kid: My whole family had been captured by pirates who were about to make us walk the plank. I asked them politely to let us go. And they totally did.

Well, I certainly don't feel that way now...and I vaguely recall that I didn't then either. Wishful thinking?
