Just had a thought while reading people's posts about the LJ situation — is anybody still in contact with

bardsmaid's family? It might be wise to create a backup of her journal if that has not already been done, perhaps a DW mirror so that we could still look back at her posts if the original account were deleted for some reason.

I don't know why I didn't think about this before, probably just a false sense of permanence since LJ's been around for so long. Something to consider at this point for any of us who's lost a fandom friend, I think.
