My friends-of list has surpassed 200. Take out the trolls, serial adders, absentees, blind refrienders, and other accessories vital to the well-dressed LJer, and that's still a humbling number of people who want to listen to what I have to say.

isiscolo and others, I'm going to take requests for 200-word ficlets. Comment, give me one or two or three characters, and some sort of theme or prompt. If there's just a few requests, I'll do them all, and if not, I'll choose a doable number at random. Go for it.

There seems to be lots of opportunity for bonding with Peter in his animagus form *if* Draco doesn't think rats are beneath him. There's no indication that rats *aren't* considered suitable pets by the snobbier wizards -- it seems that it's toads that are low pet on the totem pole.
BTW, since I set you such a tricky challenge I wrote one myself. You can see it on my LJ. :)
