-Daniel Radcliffe is the biggest dork ever. <3

-They interviewed Tim Spall, and I only get to see about ten seconds of it? WOE. T_T

-How they can make a hippogryff look real and a dog look fake: Still Not Explained. On the other hand, underwater!Dementors: Ooh.

-Thewlis/Oldman OTP *whistles innocently*

-Apparently they were going to do the whole Sirius-almost-killing-Ron bit, but I imagine it was cut to reduce time and complexity. Movie!Sirius is not as dangerous as book!Sirius.

I randomly wish for Sirius/Ron. Does such a thing exist? If not, I hereby challenge you all to produce some. Humor my whim. Humor it, I say! *clap clap*

On that meme thingy, some people said they wished I would post about my real life. I was thinking about this, and realized that I really wouldn't know what to write about. My job isn't interesting. My only hobbies are conlanging and fandom, and I already post about those. I don't do a whole lot else... take care of the brother and the cat, do a variety of chores, go eat with people and talk about my job or fandom or politics... It's not as though there's a whole world of fascinating activities that I'm keeping from you.

Actually, when I do take note of interesting things in the world, I usually write them down and put them in my fic. My fiction is full of my own perceptions, attributed to characters.

I don't know, if I tried to write about real life, I think it would just be a lot of dull complaints. Cat coughed up a hairball again. Brother won't do his art homework. Slow drain, asshole dad, backyard overgrown with morning-glory vines...

No bloopers I could find, but I didn't look very hard. Maybe there are some as an easter egg.

Other people asked about real life as well, so perhaps you're not the only one enthralled by messy cats.

Kind of disappointing, really - I'd love to see Alan Rickman fuck up a line when Snape's supposed to be speaking fiercely to Harry or Hermione or Sirius.

Maybe it's just the fact that you don't talk about real life that makes people so curious. You know, the automatic desire to know things when it isn't offered, especially when most other people do talk about real life. You might be some secret super-hero or lead an exhilarating life as a cage-fighter and be holding out on us for all we know. Or I could be full of shit, that's more likely. :D

I get the feeling that the WB is really controlling about how the movie franchise is interpreted--it's like they're afraid to let anything in that veers away from the rigid ideas they have about the HP world. I don't really have any evidence, but it's a vibe, you know? Like maybe they don't want to show anything that really contradicts their idea of the characters, maybe? Despite the *huge* popularity of Alan Rickman and Tom Felton (I read somewhere that Tom gets more fan mail than Dan Radcliffe), I think they're both really underutilized by the WB publicity machine.

The deleted scene Jamie Waylett described, where someone's boggart turns into a dancer and all the kids form a conga line (much to Draco's disgust), is the kind of thing I really wanted to see. That sounds like the *perfect* thing for a deleted scene/blooper reel, but we never get anything really *fun* like that. Dammit.
