Nano total: 18458. I totally slacked. I wrote less than 1000 words and much of it was nonsense, though I did work a bit on smoothing out the plot. Still don't have an end in mind, though. I am ahead by a slight margin.

I don't have a good excuse; WoW was down almost all day due to the fact that apparently during maintenance somehow they completely broke the mail system. When the game finally came back up like 10 hours later, the mail system was still completely broken, and a bunch of items had been made free that weren't supposed to be, causing hundreds of people to crowd around the vendors, simultaneously screaming for everyone to come get free stuff and for everyone to back off and go away so they could get theirs. Funny stuff. I wonder if someone at Blizzard got fired and tried to go out with a bang.



But while the game was gone I played with my new video software instead of writing. /shame

Is it? I use a 20 inch monitor... I don't have a good sense of what's big to other people anymore.

It's amazing how much time you can waste looking at something that's not there, isn't it? I'm definitely thinking of me and my non-existent internet here, which should have given me way more free time than it actually did.

The snag is, of course, it's always easier to go and check these things one more time than it is to write.
