pauraque_bkThis week I conducted a survey asking respondents to report their Myers-Briggs personality type and Hogwarts house. 115 people took the survey, producing 112 valid data points (each consisting of one response for type and one response for house). The raw data is here.
Since the number of respondents from each house was unequal, I'll be speaking in terms of more or fewer house members scoring each type than statistically expected, not straight percentages.

Half as many H's as expected, slightly fewer G's, a few more R's and S's.
NF (Idealist) 34.8% of the whole
Gryffindor 17.5% (of this temperament)

Half as many S's as expected, twice as many H's, a few more G's, slightly fewer R's.
Given the small numbers, this is relatively close to the expected proportions. It looks like there's a tendency for Hufflepuffs to be NFs, and Slytherins to be NTs, but it's not nearly as strong as I'd have thought. Looked at another way:

There were also quite a lot of Introverts. All the houses had an Introvert majority, but some were stronger than others.

Gryffindor and Slytherin had rather fewer Introverts than statistically expected, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw slightly more.
What's most remarkable about this survey is the huge percentage of INFs (Introverted Idealists) and INTs (Introverted Rationals), much more than you'd expect to find in a randomly chosen sample of the general population. Is this a tendency of fandomers? HP fandomers? LJers? Hard to say.
A much better way to do this would have been to start with a group equally divided between the four houses and have them all take the MB test. I didn't realize the pool was going to be so heavily skewed toward Ravenclaw.
