So then after I posted that, I was supposed to go lead a raid, and if I didn't show up they wouldn't have been able to go. And I despise bailing on things I said I would do. I explained what was going on to one of my guildies. He suggested a compromise, only hit two of the three planned destinations and then call it early.

me: Well I don't know, would it be right to cut it short basically because I'm sad?
him: I think they'll understand.
