lnge
The verb. "She gives to me".
l- Third-person actor.
nge Verb root "to give"
-0 Zero morph indicating first-person target (indirect object).
There is no gender in the Amíu verbal system. "She" would be specified by context.
laong
Death. Abstract ideogram. It resembles the "undersea" ideogram, visible at the top right of my LJ layout.
meej
Desire. The phonetic is meer "saltwater fish". The determinative is "nose", as in raówe above. We also saw meej in "had we but world".
The juxtaposition of the two nouns indicates a genitive meaning here. The noun phrase laong meej "desire of/for death" is the direct object of lnge "she gives to me". So the complete sentence is "She gives me a desire for death", or, freely translated, "She makes me wanna die".

I've had a horrible day, this makes it much nicer. I adore the wolfy bit with the tail and snout, wolves are a particular favourite of mine so it's even more special.
Don't know what else to say, you are so kind - off to find tissue....
