I wrote a ficlet about Peter's first Christmas at the Weasleys, too, which sort of goes with Wet Christmas. Don't know whether you've seen it and whether it qualifies. No pairing, but plenty of Scabbers/Percy interaction and very mild hints at Peter/Bill.
