I have finally procured a microphone that actually works and doesn't give horrible feedback. I'm currently recording piano stuff.

If you'd like to hear me read something -- could be fic of mine, could be fic of JKR's, whatevah -- let me know.

Glee!

Many fans have noted that the movie werewolf does not have any dangly bits. I would remind them that werewolves do not necessarily need dangly bits, as they reproduce asexually.

Hahaha... I was looking for something a bit more specific!

As for the voice mail, I'm not sure, but I think that may have been recorded by my co-worker Peter, not me. Our voices do sound alike.

ok, is anything still too general????
I suppose we need something of reasonably short duration. One of your own pieces would be ideal - something recent?? Seriosly, it's always interesting to hear an author read his own work.

*thinking hard for title without going out of comment box and losing it all!!!*

Or perhaps the lack of werewolf dangly bits is meant to indicate that when Remus goes through his, er, monthly difficulty, he changes into a woman as well as an animal. Perhaps this is one of those book 6 spoilery clues in the movie that JKR mentioned! (plot bunny, perhaps? in-depth meaphorical and symbolic analysis?)

Well, I'm not a big fan of the Remus-as-symbolically-female reading, though I'll grant you that it's possible. I'm just not sure what purpose it would really serve in the series.

Though it is very amusing to envision JKR at the screening secretly going "OMG the werewolf has no dangly bits squee!"

The wax dragon drabble! The wax dragon drabble! Or the recent Lupin/Harry, any stanza.

Good thing they didn't reproduce David Thewlis during the transfiguration because how in the world would they hide that huge cock!

huge cock

I got nothin', I just wanted to say "huge cock".

And recordings will be forthcoming; I just have to get over my laziness in uploading.
