Drabble postcard

Some time back, fluffyllama offered to mail out request drabbles, and I got mine today. What a happy surprise. :)

First off, the postcard itself is way cool -- a beautiful Welsh landscape. If you live anywhere near this place, Llama, I'm jealous.



For a drabble, I asked for Peter/Remus with the theme of regret. The drabble is wonderfully angstful and evocative, and as a bonus, I got a charming little sketch of Wormtail.



Mm... that's a universe I'd like to see more from. And the little footprints! Aw!

Glad you liked it, and oh dear, my handwriting - can you tell I type everything these days? My handwriting hasn't had that much use in years.

I was thinking about my Bring Back Black challenge, which is Sirius coming back and finding the wizarding world gone, and I liked the idea that Peter would have survived too. Only he would think of hiding out somewhere so scary! I doubt if it will make it into the fic, just Remus probably, but maybe a sequel :-) If it bunnies you, feel free all the same!

Heh, yes. I picked up a book on drawing animals quickly so I could keep the niece and nephew amused, and it made my doodling habit go out of control. My drawing skills are very rusty, but they improved with a bit of practice! Some poor sod has a rather deformed toad, and when I wasn't being quite so midered with babysitting I illustrated a couple of drabbles (very badly!) on the cards. Was fun though :-)
