French HP illustrations
Dec. 13th, 2004 11:10 amIt's easy to find the cover art for the French Harry Potter paperbacks online, but they don't show the reverse sides, which also have illustrations, so I thought I'd share. I have the first four.
( Harry Potter à l'école des sorciers )
( Harry Potter et la Chambre des Secrets )
( Harry Potter et le prisonnier d'Azkaban )
( Harry Potter et la Coupe de Feu )
There are no illustrations inside the books, or I'd scan those too.
You may be interested to know that the French term for magic wand is baguette magique. ^_^
[EDIT: I just realized that Lockhart and Lupin are wearing exactly the same outfit. Wtf. Did Lupin mug him? Or is the teal-sweater-with-red-tie ensemble standard for DADA teachers?]
