And OMG only three days until more Venture Bros. Anyone else watch this show? I've been a fan since the first season but I feel like I might have posted about it... never?? It's one of those things where I love it almost too much to write fic. After an episode I just sit there like, welp, I sure can't write any better than that, so...

Anyway, I wrote a bit less this year than last year, but I feel good about the quality of most of it, and there were several things that I'd wanted to write for a long time but the right opportunity hadn't come up before. (Yay, I finally got to write Guinan/Ro!) I was especially proud of Two Can Keep a Secret, and apparently others liked it too because it seems it won its category in hpfanficfanpoll. Awards can only be taken seriously up to a point, since of course they are subjective, but I do thank those who took the time to nominate or vote for my story, and congratulate everyone who was in the running. :)

I think 2015 is going to be awesome. No reason really, just a feeling.

Congratulations on the win! :)

I followed the Venture Bros. until S3, I only dropped off when life got really busy and I lost track of the story once I had missed a few eps(it seemed to be on a more linear arc than it did in the first 2 seasons.) I keep meaning to pick it back up since I did like it quite a lot until I lost track.

Well, the good(?) news is that even though you stopped watching in 2008, the production schedule has been so erratic that there have only been twenty-some episodes since then, so catching up actually wouldn't be hard. And you're right that it has gotten much more arc-y, so you'd be pretty lost if you jumped back in without catching up. Not that you'd want to miss any of the eps! It's a great show and has only gotten better IMO.

I was going to do a rewatch of the last season but didn't quite get around to it. I guess I can do it after the premiere since the rest of the eps don't even have scheduled airdates yet. :P
